These are marketed as a fit for the LV600HH humidifier, but they absolutely are not even close to the proper size. These are way smaller than the pads that came with the humidifier. They don't cover the heating plate that warms the water to create steam for the warm mist, so mineral laden water is in direct contact with the heating plate all the way around the filter. This leads to significant mineral deposit buildup in just 2 weeks time for me, so much build-up that the unit becomes noisy as it struggles to heat water through the layer of mineral. Efficiency is also reduced as water can no longer come into contact with the heating plate itself. The attached photo shows different these are from the originals. In the photo, one of these replacement pads sits on top of one of the original pads, with the left and bottom sides aligned. It clearly shows the significant size difference between the two. This did not happen with the original pads that came with the unit. Those lasted twice as long as left half the build-up to clean out. These are terrible, I can not recommend them. There's a reason Levoit does not provide the dimensions of these pads, they're wrong. Look for them from another vendor, sized 1.97" x 2.12" from ADDFRESH or 2" x 2.2" from Pandeels instead of this undersized version.

So I have had this vacuum for just over a year. And I held out a lot of hope for a long time. I'm not even someone who writes reviews, but I felt it needs to be said. The amount of times I have had to replace the filter in order for it to have enough suction is absurd. I have wood floors in our home, and it's just me and my husband and French bulldog. Theres not much foot traffic going in and out and our dog sheds fairly minimum. I love having clean floors and so I vacuum at least once a day, our wood is dark and so I notice any little crumb. But long story short spend your money elsewhere unless your ok with constantly changing the filter. I can make it about 1 month before I have to change it, otherwise everything it sucks up if I pick it up or shut it off everything I vacuumed falls right back out. It has become the most aggravating thing lol. Don't waste your money on the levoit vacuum. Their other products have been great, but this is just a disappointment.

The main reason I purchased this is for my tropical plants. They need a warm humid environment to thrive. The unit is quiet, attractive, easy to clean, and didn't have any build up issues as I used only distilled water. However, my Monstera Adansonii that had been previously thriving suddenly started having problems. Wilting and drooping even though it was not over nor under watered. The plant was dying. I had to take cuttings and root them to save what I could. Fast Forward, the weather continued to get colder. Using heat caused the air in my home to be very dry. I tried to use this humidifier to raise the humidity, but the mist is so cold that it actually lowered the temperature in the room. I use thermometers and hygrometers to measure the temperature and humidity. The temperature was 60 degrees on my plant due to mist from the humidifier! It costs a lot of money to heat my home to at least 70 degrees; I can't afford to have a humidifier lowering the temperature. Cold, wet, soil is the kiss of death for tropical plants. To make matters worse, the humidity didn't even increase that much. It seems to be more effective at lowering the temperature than at raising the humidity. This might work in the summer when it's really hot, but I'd rather have a humidifier with both cool and warm mist options. If I had to choose only one, I'd choose warm. I'll probably be returning the unit.

I couldn't breathe at night so I wanted to try a humidifier to see if it would help rather than a nasal decongestant spray and to my surprise I haven't slept this good in years! I wasn't sure about the quality of water I should add so I started with filtered but one night I did tap and it made me want to sneeze, so I've just dedicated a water filter to my humidifier now. It always seems to last me the whole night on one refill, although I have ran it longer by just adding some while it was running and did not have any issues it just keeps pushing out clouds until it runs out of water then quietly shuts off 🥲 it also has a slow blinking red light near the knob when it's empty and still turned on to remind you to turn it off which is very handy! 10/10 the best humidifier I've ever owned but it's also the only one I've ever owned 😏 top fill humidifiers just make sense 👏
