   This is an impressive humidifier that helps keeps the moisture level comfortable. The front display gives a quick way to check the room humidity. It works with the app where I have automated the start time to get the room cozy for the night.

   The humidity sensor isn’t consistent in the first day (keep saying it’s 65% which I think is way higher). As others described, after the first date, the sensor seems to be stable. I don’t have another humidity sensor to compare for accuracy. But i guess i would trust it for now. Aside from that, everything works just fine. Like the app setup experience – very smooth! It was quieter than my other old humidifier. Am considering getting another LEVOIT.

   I bought 3 different cheap humidifiers before this one and wasted all that time and money and all it did is cause rusting issues in my plant cabinet. This one does what I need it too. This is whisper quiet, effecient, and I can set my target humidity range and it runs just when it falls below that point until it reaches 5% above the target range. No more wet inside plant cabinet. The app allows you to create a schedule if you want or you can run it auto and if you’re like me and have more than 1 levoit you can have them all housed in one area for cleaning reminders and controls. Seriously if you’re like ehhh I can get one for 20 bucks, just pay the extra bit (if you can) and get this one. You won’t be disappointed. I am disappointed I didn’t just go with this one in the first place.

   It took some trouble-shooting and a contact to customer support (they are very helpful and responsive) but we learned how to operate it. It works well for us to humidify our bedroom as well as a monitor of the humidity when it isn’t schedule to operate. Easy it is to clean.

   Moving to a dry climate in Nevada posed a new health awareness; dry nostrils, dry skin and hair. I didn’t notice right away but when I started waking up with a bloody nose (definitely not normal for me) and a very dry throat, I had to take action. I always check Consumer Reports first for purchases and this one was a winner that lived up to its reviews. My favorite part is the wifi connection to my Alexa devices. It’s so nice to get tucked into bed then give commands to Alexa to turn this unit on, turn off its light or increase the humidity level! This unit is also SUPER quiet with a clean appearance. It’s recommended not to put on the floor and to keep away from the wall and furniture. Where I placed It, the spray nozzle is aimed high and away from what I consider potential danger. Haven’t cleaned it yet as it’s still only a couple days in but I’m not anticipating any big issue there. Directions are very clear. The price was also right!

    1. Super quiet – REALLY! (Compared to two other brands/models I purchased, this one beat them both by far in terms of overall noise level–I can hardly hear it while it’s on/running!) 2. Works as advertised; Smart features via the app are easy to set up and use, including daily, weekly, or just weekends on/off scheduling (you pick the day[s] and time frames[s]). The one-time timer feature is also a nice touch (e.g., auto on or off in minutes or up to 24 hours). Can also turn off the digital display while it’s on/running. Also love the graph report on the app as to how much humidity is currently in the room and how the unit regulates the humidity based on the setting you’ve chosen. 3. Very easy to fill and clean; best to use distilled (or very well filtered) water. However, I have not used the aromatherapy feature (putting drops directly into the bottom tank worries me about how easy that would be to clean after use). 4. The Auto setting is a nice touch since it doesn’t always stay on constantly (unless, of course, it needs to) and therefore saves water. So far I’m pleasantly surprised by how long the less than 1 gallon tank lasts when filled to the Max level. Low and High settings are also available if you want/need constant humidity. 5. Third-party voice control (Alexa or Hey Google) is a nice touch too. 6. Sturdy and nicely well-built.

    does its job. I do like the app though for what it’s worth, allowing me to remote control & monitor. I don’t like the humidity sensor, because i think it’s inaccurate. support told me to change the operation in manual mode to fix it. I think that’s self conflicting.
